Executive Luxury Car Rental in Orlando for Business Travel
Orlando is one of the busiest business travel destinations in the United States. The Orange County Convention Center on International Drive is one of the largest convention centers in the country, and the city hosts corporate events, incentive trips and client meetings all year round.
For executives, a luxury car rental is about more than image. It means skipping the rental counter, arriving at meetings on your own schedule and having a comfortable, quiet space between appointments. This guide covers how to choose the right car for business travel in Orlando and how to make the logistics effortless.
Why executives choose a luxury rental in Orlando
- No rental counter. Your car is delivered to Orlando International Airport (MCO) or your hotel, and your agreement is prepared in advance.
- Your schedule, not a driver's. Move between the convention center, your hotel, client offices and dinner on your own timing.
- A quiet cabin. Luxury cars are refined and quiet, which makes calls between meetings easier. Always use hands-free and never handle your phone while driving.
- The right impression. Picking up a client for dinner in a Maybach or Cullinan sets a different tone than a standard rental.
- Flexibility for events. For incentive trips and corporate events, a fleet of luxury cars can turn transportation into part of the experience.
The best cars for business travel
Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 — from $899/day
The Maybach GLS600 is designed for comfort, especially in the rear seats, which makes it ideal when you're hosting clients or colleagues. The cabin is exceptionally quiet and the ride is smooth.
Rolls-Royce Cullinan — from $1,150/day
For the highest-level meetings and VIP hosting, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is in a class of its own. Its rear-hinged coach doors and serene cabin make every arrival feel considered.
Mercedes GLE 63 S — from $499/day

How business rentals work with Emiris
1. Send your itinerary
Share your flight details, hotel, dates and the number of passengers. Your concierge confirms availability and the right vehicle for your schedule.
2. Confirm requirements
Every driver must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Insurance is required and not included; full coverage is preferred. Check whether your corporate travel policy or personal policy covers a rented vehicle of this value. If you don't have suitable coverage, our concierge will try to help you find a policy. Colleagues can be added as additional drivers if they are 21 or older and covered by insurance.
A refundable security deposit applies, with the amount depending on the vehicle, and is confirmed before you book.
3. Sign your agreement in advance
Your rental agreement lists your vehicle, dates, deposit, mileage allowance and delivery details, so the handoff takes minutes.
4. Delivery at MCO or your hotel
Your concierge confirms the meeting point and walks you through the car. Then you're on your way. Learn more about MCO airport delivery.
Planning around Orlando's business districts
International Drive and the convention center
The Orange County Convention Center sits on International Drive, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. Traffic around the center can be heavy at the start and end of big show days, so build in extra time and check your event's parking guidance in advance.
Downtown Orlando
Downtown is home to offices, the courthouse district and a growing restaurant scene. Garages are the easiest parking option; mind height clearances in older garages with larger SUVs.
Lake Nona
Just south of the airport, Lake Nona is home to a medical city, research institutions and corporate campuses. It's a short drive from MCO.
Dr. Phillips and Restaurant Row
For client dinners, the Dr. Phillips area along Sand Lake Road is known for its concentration of upscale restaurants and is convenient to International Drive.
A sample convention-week schedule
Here's how an executive might use a luxury rental during a three-day show at the convention center:
- Day 1 — Arrival. The car is delivered at MCO. Drive to your hotel on International Drive, about 12–15 miles away, and check in before the opening reception.
- Day 2 — Show day. Drive to the convention center early to beat the morning rush. In the evening, pick up two clients and head to dinner on Restaurant Row in Dr. Phillips.
- Day 3 — Meetings and departure. Morning meetings downtown or in Lake Nona, then head out for your flight, with the car's return arranged in advance with your concierge.
A schedule like this typically uses only a fraction of a daily mileage allowance.
Etiquette for hosting clients in a luxury car
- Keep the car spotless. Remove personal items, wipe the screens and keep bottled water in the door pockets.
- Set the climate early. Start the air conditioning a few minutes before your guests get in, especially in summer.
- Offer the best seat. In the Maybach or Cullinan, the rear seats are the most comfortable. Offer them to your most important guest.
- Plan the route. Know where you're going and where you'll park, so the conversation, not the navigation, is the focus.
- Use valet at restaurants and hotels when available.
- Drive smoothly. A calm, confident drive leaves a better impression than a fast one.
Mileage for business trips
Mileage is limited, with allowances starting at 100 miles per day depending on the vehicle. Most business itineraries around the airport, International Drive and downtown stay well within a daily allowance. If you plan longer trips, such as a day on the coast, share them when you book so your allowance is written into your rental agreement.
